Tahoe Island Park
This neighborhood is located between Highway 50 and the Tahoe Keys, along Tahoe Keys Boulevard. Here you will find the 'state streets' from Arizona to Wyoming. Tahoe Island Park is part of the Tahoe Keys Homeowners Association, with association benefits. It's walking distance to the marina and beaches. Some homes also have docks at the marina that go with the property.
There are three elementary schools that serve Tahoe Island Park: Bijou Community School, Tahoe Valley Elementary, and Sierra House Elementary. South Lake Tahoe also has one middle school (South Tahoe Middle School) and one high school (South Tahoe High School.)
